Schneider Electric, Capgemini and Qualcomm Technologies have allied to create a 5G-enabled automated hoisting system that can be deployed across various industrial and logistics sites.
The end-to-end solution will be implemented in Schneider Electric's hoisting lab and provide 24/7 reliability, accuracy, and manual and autonomous capabilities, the companies said.
