Cegeka, a European IT services provider, has acquired MSP Westpole Italy, expanding its services and operations.
Bart Watteeuw, Global VP of Infrastructure at Cegeka, said both companies are compatible and will make Cegeka more relevant in the Italian market.
Stefania Donnabella, MD of Cegeka Italy, said: “The joining of forces between the two organisations ensures that we can offer our clients a broader spectrum of IT solutions."
The deal didn’t include Westpole's Belgian division and the specifics of the financial details were not disclosed.
