Cybersecurity company Check Point has made two new senior hires, naming Adam Bradley as regional director UK&I, and former NHS Scotland CISO Deryck Mitchelson as CISO and c-suite advisor of EMEA.
Bradley, who has over 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity sector, will be responsible for leading and expanding Check Point´s UK&I sales business in response to the growing demand to protect against cyber threats.
“It is fantastic to welcome two senior industry players to Check Point Software,” said Thorsten Freitag, VP sales EMEA at Check Point Software. “Adam will lead the growth of the UK&I team and drive further engagement with customers and channel partners.”
Meanwhile, the newly appointed c-suite advisor Mitchelson (pictured) brings more than 30 years of experience to his role and will focus on shaping security strategies across EMEA.
“Deryck will play a major part in shaping our security strategies across the whole of the EMEA region,” Freitag continued. “He will support existing and prospective customers with immediate and future security concerns and challenges, leveraging the Check Point portfolio in securing their entire enterprise.”
The firm, based in Tel Aviv, was founded in 1993 and boasts more than 170 employees in UK and Ireland who work with over 300 partners across the region.
