UK-headquartered Civica Group has acquired Leeds-based SME The Technology Forge as part of its growth strategy of enhancing its offering to customers across the public sector.
The acquisition adds further capability to Civica’s existing property & asset management software suite, which supports public bodies across the UK and worldwide.
The deal will see its software and SaaS property now be offered as part of Civica's offering.
Mark Wardman, the Founder of The Technology Forge, said: “With the new capabilities afforded by our property and asset management solution, Civica will be better able to help councils and other public sector organisations deal with the challenges they face today – and prepare for those of tomorrow.
