Rigby-backed CloudClevr has enhanced its presence in western England by acquiring Bamboo Technology Group.
This acquisition also enhances the group's portfolio with additional communications and IT expertise.
Steve Harris, former CEO of CloudClevr, is now Bamboo Technology Group's CEO, with Lorrin White and Stuart Davis serving as advisors.
Harris said: “Bamboo brings key complementary capabilities and additional scale to the CloudClevr group that further underpins our deep technical capability across a truly converged portfolio.”
This acquisition marks CloudClevr's third strategic investment following its previous acquisitions of NGC Networks and 4Sight Communications in 2023.
