The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is inviting feedback regarding the anticipated UK merger of Three and Vodafone.
Set to become the UK's biggest mobile network with 27 million users, this merger, agreed upon in June, would surpass both O2 and EE in size.
Before initiating a formal inquiry, the CMA is keen on understanding perspectives on how this union might affect UK competition.
Sarah Cardell, chief executive of the CMA, said: “We will be carefully considering how this deal may affect competition in the UK, which could affect the options and prices available to customers.
“We will also assess how it may affect incentives to invest in the quality of UK mobile networks.”
Additional chances for input will be available when the CMA starts its preliminary Phase one investigation.
