Colt Technology Services’ acquisition of Lumen's EMEA business for $1.8bn has brought 2,700 new customers, including blue chip corporations, enterprises and public entities, into its fold.
The deal also expands Colt's services with new security and SASE products, hosting, and professional services, and extends its global presence with new Points of Presence (PoP) in ten additional countries.
Additionally, it paves the way for a partnership that will offer North American businesses access to Colt's digital infrastructure and services worldwide.
