Commvault enhances MSP and Aggregator Partner Programmes

Data protection software developer Commvault has introduced enhancements to its Partner Advantage Programme to support MSPs and Aggregators in delivering “Commvault Powered” Intelligent Data services to global companies of all sizes.

Commvault’s Partner Advantage Programme now offers MSPs and Aggregators several ways to partner and earn incentives that improve their profitability, Commvault said.

The programme also enables them to develop stronger ecosystem relationships focused on co-selling while utilising tools like local technical support, extensive training and marketing resources to drive partner growth and secure more deals.

“One of Commvault's primary goals is to enable our partners to offer Intelligent Data Services to their customers. These help them protect and manage data and applications in a world of increasing use of hybrid clouds and multi-cloud environments,” said John Tavares, vice president of Global Channels and Alliances.

“The enhancements to our MSP and Aggregator programmes help our partners achieve these goals, meet challenges head-on, and future-proof their business. Our solutions are industry-leading, and we provide the tools, benefits, experience, and support that enable partners to help their customers safely protect and manage their data in any environment – on-prem, cloud, or SaaS,” he added.

The MSP Partner Advantage Programme is divided into two tiers with clear requirements concerning promotions and incentives, rewarding partners for driving consumption, the data management solutions provider explained.

MSP partners are also offered flexible licensing and consumption options that include both subscription and utility agreements to best meet with customer demand.

Commvault is also offering free training resources and curriculums designed to build MSP and aggregator competency and hopes to add its Metallic cloud storage service for MSPs to its Partner Advantage Programme later this year.

The solution enables MSPs to broaden their service offerings while taking advantage of the flexibility of SaaS.
