Denmark-based MSP Conscia has expanded its presence in the UK and Ireland by acquiring Cisco Gold partner ITGL.
This acquisition, operating under the name 'ITGL, part of Conscia', is the company's 17th in ten years, extending its reach across seven geographic markets.
The move enhances ITGL's client offerings in cybersecurity and managed services.
Neil Pemberton, CEO, ITGL said: “The shared culture of technical excellence and commitment to long-term client relationships between both organisations makes this relationship a natural fit.”
