Cisco Gold Partner ITGL has acquired Swindon, Wiltshire-based Intuitive Systems & Networks (ISN), another Cisco solutions provider.
ITGL, which itself was acquired by the pan-European Conscia group a year ago, says the capture will bolster its presence in the commercial sector, increase its capabilities and coverage in the managed services space, and strengthen its cybersecurity offerings.
Operating as “ISN, part of Consica”, ISN’s 40-strong employees will continue to work out of the company’s base in Royal Wootton Bassett, while running in close partnership with the ITGL teams in Oxford and Portsmouth, bringing the overall headcount for the newly merged organisation to 130.

The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
