Cradlepoint has acquired Ericom and its cloud-driven enterprise security solution, bolstering Ericsson's worldwide corporate ambitions.
The acquisition is integral to Cradlepoint's strategy of creating a 5G-optimised enterprise security solution.
Ericom's security solutions will form Cradlepoint's NetCloud Threat Defense service, expanding its SASE and zero trust offerings for diverse use cases.
