CrowdStrike is expanding its cloud-native security capabilities by acquiring Bionic, an Israeli cybersecurity startup.
The acquisition will allow CrowdStrike to integrate Bionic's tech into its Falcon platform to deliver risk visibility and protection across the entire cloud estate.
George Kurtz, co-founder and CEO at CrowdStrike, said: “We are delivering what customers need: modern protection to address cloud security risk comprehensively, through one unified platform.
“The addition of Bionic further extends our cloud security leadership on our mission of stopping breaches.”
The deal is expected to close in CrowdStrike's fiscal third quarter, pending standard approvals.
