Dell Technologies is poised to enhance its AIOps capabilities with the planned acquisition of Moogsoft, an AI-driven observability software provider.
Established in 2012, Moogsoft provides smart DevOps with intelligent monitoring solutions and serves over 140 customers globally.
This move aligns with Dell's longstanding strategy of integrating AI functionality into its product suite. Moreover, it is a key facet of its 'multi-cloud by design' strategy, the company said.
The deal is set to be finalized in the third quarter of this year.
