IT provider Digital Space has attained “Elite” partner status with BT Wholesale, giving customers early access to new products and features before they become available on the market.
The firm’s new status as an Elite Partner will give it access to new executive sponsorship, resources and tools as well as access to BT Wholesale's early access programme.
“By achieving Elite status, we now have an even stronger foundation to provide trusted technical advice and deliver unrivalled results,” said CEO Neil Muller (pictured). “What’s more, our access to BT Wholesale’s early access programme allows our customers to benefit from a unique and exclusive customer experience. During a time of considerable digital innovation such as the PSTN Switch Off, we can help customers respond fast to evolving technological change to meet demand, gain competitive advantage and drive future success.”
Digital Space claims it is just one of a handful of UK partners to have achieved this much-revered status, as part of BT Wholesale’s partner programme, Partner Plus.
BT Wholesale awards partners on a points-based system centred around growth, revenue and ability to deliver its services to customers.
Partners are placed in three tiers: Partner, Premium or Elite.
“As Europe’s largest Wholesale provider, it’s really important for us to lean into customer feedback on more simple ways of working with our business, and our Partner Plus programme does just that: providing easy access to resources, more personalised support and a brilliant digital customer experience,” Alex Tempest, managing director at BT Wholesale, added. “We’re really delighted to welcome Digital Space to Partner Plus, empowering them to benefit from our network to innovate, grow and to better serve their customers.”
