Iomart’s CEO Reece Donovan, who has led the company for the past three years, is stepping down with immediate effect.
Lucy Dimes (pictured) will transition from executive chair to full-time CEO, prompting Iomart to seek a new chair.
“The Board would like to thank Reece for all his work in transitioning the business through the COVID-19 pandemic and energy crisis while helping to reposition iomart’s managed service offering within the broader hybrid cloud marketplace,” the company said.
