Dstny, the European provider of cloud-based business communication products, has acquired UK-based Qunifi for an undisclosed sum.
Qunifi is a Microsoft Teams integration specialist offering a Call2Teams platform for UCaaS providers.
"Within the Dstny Group, it is our ambition to play well with others; to make it easy for our service providers to access new innovations that provide value to their end-users,” said Patrik Sorqvist, COO of the Dstny Group.
As part of the deal, Qunifi will become part of the Dstny for Service Provider organisation, and the team and management will be integrated into the Dstny Group.
Qunifi claims to support more than two million Microsoft Teams users in more than 100 countries.
"We will be in a great position to continue to support and grow the relationships with our existing partners, accelerate product development and innovation, and remain at the cutting edge of digitalised business integrations," added Jeannie Arthur, CEO of Qunifi. "Our partners will continue to be managed by the Qunifi team as before and as part of the Dstny Group, the additional group resources will allow us to focus on growth."
