Distributor ELKO has appointed a new General Manager for ELKO Romania - Carmen Stanciu - who takes up the role starting now.
Carmen Stanciu succeeds General Manager Gabriela Gheorghe who is leaving Elko. Stanciu will be tasked with continuing to take ELKO Romania down the path of strategic development and business growth.
“I truly believe that Carmen possesses the managerial and leadership skills necessary to be successful in her new role and to take ELKO Romania down the path of strategic development and business growth. Carmen has already successfully proved her capabilities with her work in the finance department of ELKO Romania,” explains Svens Dinsdorfs, CEO of ELKO Group.

Carmen Stanciu joined ELKO Romania as Finance Director a year ago and quickly became one of the key players in the management team of ELKO Romania. With products from 400 IT manufacturers,the company provides a range of products and services to more than 10,000 retailers, local computer manufacturers, system integrators and enterprises within various sectors in more than 30 countries across Europe and Central Asia. The Group’s turnover in 2018 amounted to $1.768bn (€1.497bn).
