Three business transformation services firms are merging to form a €110m-turnover company.
Bizzdesign and MEGA International, who specialise in enterprise architecture and SaaS software, are getting it together, and will be joined by another entity yet to be revealed by the two.
The combined three will employ over 600. The unified company will operate under the Bizzdesign name.
