Exclusive Networks has introduced XPS, a new invoicing and payment solution designed to help channel partners manage financial pressures. The service aims to address cash flow and budget constraints by offering structured and deferred payment terms, allowing businesses to close deals while minimizing financial strain.

XPS was developed internally by Exclusive Networks, without involvement from third-party financiers, and is designed to give channel partners more flexibility when negotiating with customers. “XPS allows our partners to negotiate and close opportunities that require structured billing without incurring the potential negative cash impact,” said Paul Eccleston, SVP EMEA at Exclusive Networks. He emphasized that this program enables partners to offer financial flexibility without the need for additional contracts or third-party agreements.

The platform has been successfully piloted in the UK, where 31 different partners utilized XPS, some for multiple deals. The rollout across Western Europe follows a positive

reception, with many partners finding it helpful in overcoming financial roadblocks with customers.

“The only cost for partners or vendors is the cost of the deferred cash flow,” Eccleston explained. Unlike traditional financing, XPS does not involve third-party lenders or complex paperwork, simplifying the process for channel partners. The program also aims to help partners close larger deals that might otherwise be delayed due to capital constraints.

Rod Taylor, Commercial Director at Digital Space, praised Exclusive Networks’ support during a major contract negotiation in 2024. “Exclusive Networks contributed significantly, particularly with their Tri Partie payment solution, which was invaluable in supporting the end customer with their significant investment. This showed real partnership at its best.”

Eccleston highlighted that XPS is not a new line of business but rather an “opportunity enabler that supports the channel without interfering with the sales process.” While Exclusive still offers traditional financing options when needed, XPS provides a simpler alternative for today’s economic challenges.
