Exclusive Networks hires new CFO as Boccon-Liaudet steps down

Exclusive Networks has appointed Nathalie Bühnemann as CFO to replace Pierre Boccon-Liaudet who is resigning to pursue other opportunities.

Bühnemann (pictured) has gained extensive experience in leading the finance function for listed firms and M&A over the past two decades, having previously held roles at AKKA Technologies and PwC.

She will also become a member of Exclusive’s Executive Committee and report directly to CEO Jesper Trolle.

Trolle said: “In addition to her tremendous energy and experience in senior finance roles, Nathalie brings a deep understanding of Exclusive Networks’ model, strategy and culture from her time as a board member and chair of the audit committee since our listing in 2021.”
