Exertis commits to neurodiversity and disability inclusion with new initiatives

Exertis has launched new initiatives to support its neurodiverse and disabled communities,

This involves Exertis joining as a founding member of the Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) industry forum, aimed at enhancing the involvement of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

Additionally, Exertis introduced Sunflower Lanyards for individuals with disabilities and attained Level One Disability Confident Employer status, aimed at teaching the skills  to attract, recruit, retain and develop disabled people in the workplace.

Tim Griffin, CEO of Exertis IT, said: “We recognise the need to cultivate a workforce which is both diverse and inclusive of every background, and the rich, talented skill set which this brings to our organisation.”
