Tollring will maintain its call analytics provision to nearly 100,000 BT channel users as the firms extend their contract for a seventh year.
The agreement also includes the ongoing supply of a Fraud Management System to safeguard BT Group's network from telecom fraud.
In collaboration with BT, Tollring will enhance customer engagement and sales enablement initiatives, featuring fully branded support materials.
Richard Jones, Tollring's Commercial Director, stated, "Our relationship strengthens annually, and our software offerings become increasingly comprehensive and feature-rich."
