Flotek boosts turnover by £3m with OES acquisition

MSP Flotek Group has bolstered its presence in northwest and north Wales by acquiring OES, adding £3.1m to its turnover and bringing its total to over £10.5m. 

This deal also increases Flotek's staff count by 22, enriching its expertise in IT, cyber security, and web development.

CEO Jay Ball said: “This acquisition will boost our regional growth, allow Flotek to enter the managed print and web business, and develop our provision for the legal sector.”

OES will retain its brand, with Wayne Jones, Peter Edwards, and Luke Murray continuing in their roles as the management team.

Jones adds: "We can now offer a broader range of services and use Flotek's resources to increase our reach in the region.”
