IT services provider Focus Group has acquired IT reseller Silver Lining to enhance its service portfolio, technical capabilities, and strengthen its market presence on the south coast.
The deal, which is the group's tenth acquisition this financial year, also includes Atmoso, a channel-only provider specialising in managed cloud services and PCI compliance.

Silver Lining's owners will remain as shareholders, while the team continues operations from their base in Fareham.
