IT services provider Focus Group has bolstered its central region presence with its eighth acquisition of the year, buying Buckinghamshire-based Entropie.
The agreement will enhance Focus Group's footprint in the central regions. Positioned near the Boxx Communications offices acquired in October, Focus is now well-situated to expand service delivery throughout the area.
Tom Jones, M&A at Focus Group said: “Entropie is a business that has all the characteristics we look for when we’re on the acquisition trail, reputation, solid performance, similar product set with high-recurring revenues and a customer-centric approach.”
