GoTo, the rebranded flexible-work software company formerly known as LogMeIn, has promoted Peter Mahoney to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Nicholas Asadorian to Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mahoney, previously CMO, will oversee sales and marketing. He brings 35 years of experience, including roles at Plannuh and Nuance Communications.
Asadorian, with GoTo for over eight years, previously spent nearly a decade at Dell EMC and replaces Rich Veldran, who has been joint CEO and CFO since January 2024.
Veldran said: “Both Peter and Nick bring a high-level of operational savviness to their roles, and these moves reinforce that operational rigour and planning remain a top priority in pursuit of a strong go-to-market strategy.”
