HiveMind creates buzz with new insight director

Digital transformation and technology services firm HiveMind has recruited a leading global strategic expert to support its ambitious global growth plans. Dan Rasmus, a former director of business insights at Microsoft, joins as HiveMind’s new director of insight and advisory.

Rasmus (pictured) has authored several non-fiction books, including Listening to the Future, which chronicles insights from his time at Microsoft.

Over his career Rasmus has held a number of internationally-focused leadership roles, including chief marketing officer at GlobalEnglish, vice president and research director at analyst house Forrester Research, and chief knowledge officer at fellow analyst Giga Information Group.

Rasmus will take a leading role in developing UK-headquartered HiveMind’s offering, focusing on cost-effective delivery of key work streams, including “transformative mentoring programmes” and “inspirational organisational development workshops”.

HiveMind chief executive Lyndon Docherty said: “Dan is an internationally-renowned thought leader whose expertise in strategic storytelling has already benefited many of our clients. Having worked with Dan for many years I am delighted he has now joined our management team, and will put his knowledge and experience to the fore in helping develop our proposition as we grow our global business.”
