A new survey by Auxilion shows that over 25% of large companies, represented by 100 C-suite executives, are not yet ready for the hybrid work paradigm.
The main barriers to implementing IT strategies include supply chain issues (35%), rising costs (30%), and economic instability (29%).
“Business leaders are facing a huge number of challenges - the post-pandemic recovery, inflation and the impact of the Ukraine crisis,” said CEO Philip Maguire (pictured).
Nonetheless, the survey points to an imminent shift, as 58% of executives are planning to invest in hybrid work technologies to enhance flexibility, reduce costs, and stimulate business growth.
