Data security vendor Imperva has appointed channel veteran Andy Zollo as its regional vice president of EMEA.
Reporting to chief revenue officer Scott Lovett, Zollo will help expand Imperva’s footprint across the region. Based out of London, he will develop and execute a regional strategy and drive EMEA revenue growth through a combination of strategic partner and account planning, inside sales and cross selling.
Zollo’s 25-year sales career spans direct sales, indirect sales and sales management. His experience includes international and domestic sales, and management positions within channel and direct sales organisations.
He joins Imperva from Arcserve, where he was executive vice president of worldwide sales. During his tenure he managed the global channel strategy and expanded the channel business.
Prior to that, he was vice president of worldwide sales at StorageCraft (merged with Arcserve in 2021), where he accelerated the expansion of channel business and drove innovation in sales programmes and processes.
“I’m joining Imperva at a stage of innovation and growth and look forward to accelerating Imperva’s application and data security leadership across EMEA,” said Zollo. “It is uniquely positioned to help EMEA organisations adapt and respond to an evolving data privacy landscape, cloud-native business imperatives, and always shifting threat landscape.”
“Andy joins at a time when demand for our products continues at a phenomenal rate, and his experience positions him well to guide our customers and partners in driving their business forward,” said Lovett.
“We’re confident in our ability to accelerate our growth with enterprises, and will look to Andy to leverage the increased need for cyber security generated by shifts and opportunities in the market.”
Last October, Imperva appointed Kirt Jorgenson as its vice president of EMEA channel sales.
