The hirings will support the company's UPSCALE23 strategy, focusing on better support for mid-cap firms and a wider reach in services around the cloud, cyber security, automation and data analytics.

The firm currently has 27,000 employees in 26 countries. In France, of the 3,000 new jobs, 2,400 will be permanent, and 600 will be temporary positions.

Inetum is looking to appoint more business solutions consultants, sales engineers, data engineers, DevOps engineers, cloud architects, Java developers and low-code developers, among other positions.

“We are able to offer interesting projects in all business sectors, as well as training, skill-building and certification opportunities,” said Bruno Da Sola, head of global human resources at Inetum.

The company has annual revenues of around €2 billion.
