Inflexion takes growth stake in network services firm Systal

International managed network services firm Systal Technology Solutions has sold a minority stake in the company to private equity firm Inflexion to “accelerate” further growth, it says. Systal as founded in 2008 and is based in Glasgow, Scotland with a physical presence in the US and Asia. It is a Cisco Gold Partner and also provides IT, cloud and security services. Existing clients include Coca-Cola European Partners, JLL, Unipart Group, DCC and Scottish Power. 

Cavendish Corporate Finance, the mid-market M&A firm and part of the finnCap Group, advised Systal on the sale of the stake to Inflexion.

Owner-managed since inception, Systal offers a mission-critical managed network service from its 24/7 network operations centre, servicing blue-chip multinational clients’ IT networks globally.

It currently delivers services to companies across the North America, EMEA and APAC regions, supporting over 1,300 locations.
