inTEC Group has broadened its geographical footprint into the North East and boosted its capabilities in IT managed services for both the education and private sectors via the purchase of Opal IT.
In line with its growth strategy through acquisitions, this move marks inTEC's eleventh purchase since 2016 and its third this year.
InTEC CEO Simon Howitt said: “This transaction extends our reach into the North East and we hope it help us establish an even stronger position.”
The Microsoft partner now boasts offices in nine locations across the UK and Ireland.
