IRIS acquires Ireland’s Paycheck Plus

Slough-based IRIS Software Group has announced it has acquired Paycheck Plus, Ireland’s premier payroll services provider.

Founded in 2005, Paycheck Plus has clients in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the USA. It provides an extensive range of payroll outsourcing services and is ISAE 3402 accredited, which verifies international standards for outsourcing including all necessary procedures, systems and controls.

IRIS claims to have over 100,000 UK and international customers, with 80% having a tenure of five or more years. Currently, 90 of the top 100 UK accountancy firms and more than 21,000 UK accountancy firms use IRIS software.

The firm says it has over six million employees globally, including one in five of the UK’s workforce, who are paid by IRIS payroll offerings.
