Netherlands-based Unit4, winner of the Solution Provider Public Sector and Utilities Solution of the Year award in last week's ITE Excellence awards, has named Mike McCarthy as Senior Vice President Product Strategy, Portfolio and Operations
Mike has more than 28 years of IT software, hardware and services industry experience working in various roles with IBM including VP of Cloud Computing responsible for cloud strategy and investment. He joins Unit4 from Blackbaud where he was VP Product Management responsible for a portfolio of SaaS offerings with a focus on transforming product operations, optimizing the portfolio, and developing a growth strategy. He successfully established a global product management team and product operational process during his time there, helping to drive SaaS revenue growth >40% annually, and developed and drove execution of a vertically-based long term portfolio growth strategy.
