Joe Levy has been appointed CEO of security vendor Sophos after serving as acting CEO since February.
With nearly 30 years of cybersecurity experience including nine years at Sophos, Levy aims to expand the company's mid market customer base.
He said: “Our goal is to help the estimated 99% of organisations that are below the cybersecurity poverty line be better at detecting and disrupting inevitable cyberattacks.
“Our envisioned approach to achieving this is to work with MSPs and channel partners that can scale alongside us.”
Jim Dildine has also been appointed as CFO. Dildine, who joins from Imperva, brings over four years of experience as its CFO.
