Latest unified product suite slices 80% of list price with deeper integration across management tools
Kaseya has unveiled its third major bundle in the 365 franchise—‘Ops 365’—a operations toolkit it says will streamline workflow automation and drive cost savings for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Kaseya’s Chief Product Officer Jim Lippie (pictured) outlined the rationale behind the launch, highlighting its aggressive pricing strategy and focus on tighter product integration.
The Ops 365 package brings together seven of Kaseya’s core products—including IT Glue, AutoTask/BMS, MyITProcess, ConnectBooster, MyGlue, Network Glue and Kaseya Quote Manager—into a single subscription bundle. Kaseya says this consolidated approach can deliver substantial value for partners looking to improve operational efficiency.
While Kaseya does not typically publish individual module pricing, IT Europa understands that the cost of purchasing the same modules separately could exceed $2,000 per month for a three-user setup on a three-year term. By contrast, Ops 365 is available at a significantly lower bundled rate. Total monthly cost for three Kaseya 365 Ops licenses is $387 at the standard $129 list price, or $357 under a promotional $119 per user rate. This pricing is based on a three-year term; for customers opting for one-year terms, monthly costs are approximately 30% higher.
“Our goal is to help our partners automate as much of their business as they possibly can,” said Lippie. “The only way they're going to do that is if they're using all the tools. The only way they use all the tools is if we provide them with significant hard cost savings.”
He continued: “We're able to base that on our scale. We're able to do things other single product companies can't in the way of pricing, and we're taking advantage of that, not for ourselves, but for our customers.”
Integrated Tools, Not Cut-Down Versions
Addressing concerns that bundling might dilute product functionality, Lippie confirmed, “These are the full packages in the Ops bundle,” he stated. “They’re not cut-down editions."
“We’ve done a lot of work on workflow integrations between the various products,” he added. “Now they all have their own interface because they are separate products. But we've done a lot of work on what we call look and feel—so they feel like the same product.”
He continued: “Our vision from the beginning is—think of Microsoft Office. Excel is different than Word, but they all work with each other. And that's been the vision from the beginning. And I can tell you that we make more and more progress every quarter, and we will continue to do so.”
The bundle also benefits from Kaseya’s AI layer, branded as “Cooper,” which provides insights and recommendations drawn from usage across the toolset. Cooper is not a standalone product but serves as an intelligent layer across multiple modules, aimed at driving efficiency and improving issue resolution. “Every single release that we make has more, has additional Cooper features, and we're making sizable investments on a go forward basis to improve that even further,” said Lippie.
Migration Support and Flexibility
To support existing customers, Kaseya is offering co-terming options—allowing users to move to the Ops 365 bundle without having to wait out their current contract terms. “We can just essentially sign them up for Ops at the new term, upgrade fee, and they're off to the races,” said Lippie.
He also noted: “They may be paying an aggregate—let's call it $110—so you're telling me I can get the rest for $9 per user per month? Like, yeah.”
“Not just hard costs, because you did the math already. The hard cost savings are there—that's the obvious one,” he added. “But the operational efficiency they're going to drive into their business... cutting down the time to resolve their customer issues... you stack the hard savings on top of the soft savings, and it becomes a real no-brainer.”
Lippie suggest that this pricing transparency, paired with the scale of integration, reflects a broader shift in Kaseya’s approach to helping MSPs reduce tool sprawl and consolidate vendor relationships.
More Bundles Likely to Follow
Ops 365 follows earlier launches of 365 User and 365 Endpoint bundles. Lippie suggested that future bundles could focus on other key areas, such as Backup and Disaster Recovery (BCDR), though he declined to confirm a specific timeline. “The next one is going to be also very promising, because it's a significant growth area for a lot of MSPs,” he said.
Kaseya currently offers over 40 different solutions, and the bundling strategy appears central to its plan to deliver greater value through simplification and integration.
Guidance for Prospective Buyers
For MSPs weighing up the new bundle, Lippie recommended reaching out to Kaseya directly. “Just reach out and talk to us,” he said. “We're going to walk you through it, and if it makes sense for you—fantastic. We think it will. But look, you know your business better than we do.”
“This is a conversation that's a two-way street,” he added. “And it's incumbent upon us to educate our partners on all the benefits.”
