Kaseya pushes for full integration with new product features

Echoing Fred Voccola's previous keynote sentiments, CPO Ranjan Singh put the spotlight on Kaseya's goal for complete integration.

The aim for Kaseya, he reiterates, is to provide an ‘all-in-one platform’ that encompasses all the modules an MSP might require, he emphasised during a keynote at Kaseya DattoCon Europe 2023.

Kaseya continues to do this by adding a new feature called Microsoft 365 Management in Datto RMM to its IT Complete 2.0 platform.

“This feature merges user management and device management, allowing technicians to troubleshoot and fix common user issues such as resetting passwords across all their M365 tenants directly within the RMM,” he says.

Kaseya also unveiled Datto Endpoint Backup for Servers. This new feature allows MSPs to protect servers by backing them up directly to the secure Datto Cloud.

He stressed that this feature doesn't require any local appliance or on-site IT help, but still offers all the advanced features that Datto BCDR users are familiar with.

Singh echoed the central theme, highlighting that these new additions "are purpose-built for SMBs and MSPs."

In addition, the company relaunched the Datto Networking Appliance (DNA), a high-performing network router designed for 'always on' internet connections, thanks to its fully integrated 4G LTE failover.
