Key speakers confirmed at Software Summit

London event in two weeks' time will cover all the important issues

 

All the main topics and speakers are now in place for the ninth European Software & Solution Summit will take place against a background of far-reaching changes impacting the sector:

  • • Growing concerns over security and issues of data residency
  • • Rapid growth in the SMB cloud services market
  • • Fundamental shifts in customer demand and buying behaviour

"The10 trends that impact the software industry" is the first keynote, by Martin Hoff ter Heide, Lead Consultant, Information and Communication Technologies at Frost & Sullivan. IBM's Cognitive Strategy will be presented by Paul Chong, Head of the IBM Watson Group for EMEA.

Breakout sessions include NaviSite CTO David Grimes and Using Big Data as Catalyst for Change - Panintelligence

In a second main conference session, Paul MacDonnell, Head of European Policy at the Centre for Data Innovation will focus on Europe's data-innovation-led future. This is followed by a coMakeIT presentation: CEO Steven ten Napel on why "Every company is a software company"
