Now in its fourth year, the Managed Services Summit Europe in Amsterdam, the premier C-Level conference for managed services, has confirmed Lars Sudmann and Johan Bakker as keynote speakers.
Sudmann, an advisor and executive trainer on leadership, strategy, innovation and communication for global corporations, SMEs and multinationals, will speak about navigating the unknown and re-invigorating the need to innovate after Covid, as well as exploring lessons learned from the pandemic and best practices of new normal leadership.
For 20 years, Johan Bakker has been active with the MSP business field, managing and owning companies within the IT sector, as well as launching MSP Mentor to help other IT companies. His keynote addresses moving from break fix to managed, changing the MSP portfolio from per device to per user base, including the Hybrid Infra, and how to optimise the internal MSP to get more margin into the company.
Also added as a panellist is Wayne Wilson, who runs MSP company Wanbound, which offers white-labelled and OEM services from hosted telephone, Azure and VDI/GPU services, with a primary focus on security. He is also CEO of DutchMSP peer group in the Netherlands and city councillor for the city of Houten.
Managed Services Summit Europe is now firmly established as the leading Managed Services event for the European IT channel, and in addition to featured presentations and panel discussions by leading independent industry speakers, there will be a range of sessions exploring both technical and business issues provided by specialists in the sector.
