The Channel Partner Program is aimed at resellers and MSPs, offering go-to-market (GTM), enablement and marketing support.

The company currently has more than 100 partners, and will soon launch a new partner engagement portal to help boost those numbers as the CAI market takes off.

Channel partners can leverage the vendor’s no-code platform to enable “rapid innovation” and deploy solutions for a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, managed services and business process outsourcing units, said the supplier.

They can help plan and manage GTM campaigns, marketing, public relations, pre-sales enablement, and customer support, among other areas.

"The new framework we've built allows our partners to grow their business globally, innovate rapidly and deploy solutions for a wide range of use cases targeting customer experience, employee experience or agent engagement," said Sahil Rekhi, global head of partnerships.

"We are connecting technologies to create a more powerful offering to serve the entire gamut of contact centre automation.”

The company is said to have over 400 end customers globally.
