IT services infrastructure provider Kyndryl has penned a five-year deal with Kantar to lead its new IT transformation project.
The deal will see Kyndryl modernise the digital workplace environment and capabilities for over 25,000 Kantar employees in more than sixty markets.
The firm said it aims to implement a more “resilient infrastructure” supported by advanced technologies to support Kantar’s innovation plans.
Kantar’s CTO Alex Cesar said: "Infusing state-of-the-art technology into our daily operations to amplify our expertise and ensure delivery to our clients globally is a critical part of our transformation. Over the next two years, we plan to significantly improve both the experience that our people have internally, as well as how we offer services and products to our customers.”
