Dialpad has hired Lawrence Lu (pictured) as VP of Engineering to propel the customer and contact centre experience with AI.
With two decades of experience from Google, Facebook, and Instacart, he'll work alongside Arnaud Budkiewicz to ensure Dialpad’s products remain successful in today’s current hybrid environment.
