The annual Managed Services Summit is set to take place on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, in London. The event, now in its 14th year, continues to be the premier gathering for the UK’s MSP community.
This year's summit will feature 32 industry-leading speakers, including keynote Derek Redmond, former British athlete and motivational speaker as well as leading channel influencers including Paul Green, Ian Luckett and Michelle Coombs.
Will Garside, Conference Chair at IT Europa, stated, "MSS London offers a great opportunity for the channel community to come together and gain valuable insights into the future of our industry as well as network with peers and suppliers alike."
The summit will address the latest trends, customer requirements, and strategies for creating value through managed services. It aims to bring together senior decision-makers in the ICT channel, including MSPs, VARs, systems integrators, and service providers.
This year’s summit will also feature 11 panel debates, including two main plenary panels. The first plenary session, "Here and now! What does the MSP sector in the UK look like today?" will examine the current state of the managed services market across the UK. With questions from the audience, the lively debate will focus on challenges, opportunities, and strategies in key areas such as sales, marketing, and service delivery to understand best practices for driving revenue, growth, and differentiation within a highly competitive landscape.
The second plenary session, "The Next Five! What longer-term strategies will deliver success?" will provide business leaders with insights into the wider trends and market forces that will impact success. This thought-provoking debate will examine emerging technologies such as AI, regulatory changes, and societal factors that MSPs should factor into longer-term strategic decision-making.
The event's platinum sponsors include prominent names in the industry such as BlackFog, Brigantia, ConnectWise, Giacom, Kaseya, Pax8, SonicWall, and Threatlocker with GFI as the events headline sponsor.
