Marketing integration for SAP hybris and SmartFocus

SAP business suite will work with marketing application

SmartFocus a specialist in personalised, omni-channel marketing, has announced an integration with hybris, SAP's business software suite. The integration will enable users of both SmartFocus's marketing platform and hybris's commerce software, to use the systems in conjunction and utilise their customer data across the cloud-based technology. SmartFocus's hybris extension will connect a user's hybris environment with the SmartFocus application suite - enabling them to access product, customer level transaction and activity data.

Marketers can then make up-to-the-minute decisions based on that data and to use it to create smart, personalised content for their email, display, web or proximity marketing campaigns; ensuring that their customers only receive content that is truly relevant to them at any given time, the company claims.

It is also claimed that hybris provides over 500 businesses across the globe with an omni-channel commerce software solution that integrates product content, commerce operations, and the extended channel to help retailers, manufacturers, and other businesses create a unified experience for their customers - from online, to in-store, to mobile and beyond.
