As part of its pan-European expansion plan, Integrity360 has acquired European PCI QSA (Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor) and cyber security services company Adsigo. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Adsigo was founded in 2013, and serves customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It operates out of Stuttgart, Hamburg and Zurich, from where it provides services to a wide range of financial, industrial, and services organisations.
-Salesforce third quarter revenue was up 8% year-over-year in constant currency to $9.44 billion, with subscription and support revenue up 9% year-on-year to $8.88 billion.
-SysGroup H1 revenue slumped to £10.16m from £10.96m in the comparable six months of last year. Adjusted EBITDA slipped to £440,000 from £1.57m last time.
-Vianet Group, the hospitality and retail asset management and business intelligence services provider, said first half sales were up 7% to £7.69m, with 84% being recurring revenue. EBITDA grew 26.6% to £1.55m and the group returned to profit - a small pre-tax profit of £18,000 compared to a loss of £171,000 last year.
-Capgemini’s acquisition of data management expert Syniti has now been completed, after it was announced earlier this year.
-Atos has completed the sale of its Worldgrid business unit to ALTEN, with it valuing the asset at €270m.
Worldgrid provides consulting and engineering services to energy and utilities companies. It has around 1,100 staff and generated revenues of around €170m in its last full year.
-Retail-focused software firm K3 Business Technologies is selling its NexSys Solutions business for £36m to SYSPRO, the ERP software provider that K3 acts as a reseller for. The K3 board says it plans to return a substantial proportion of the proceeds to shareholders in the first half of 2025. For its last full year ending 30 November, 2023, NexSys had sales of £12.1m, and adjusted EBITDA of £3.8m.
