Mathilde Bluteau has been appointed as the new VP of Bechtle France, starting April 1.
With 30 years of experience in IT and leadership, Bluteau has held IT and leadership roles at Microsoft, Apple, and Cisco.
She will report to COO Konstantin Ebert and follows Marijke Kasius as the second VP to lead a multi-vendor national segment.
"Mathilde Bluteau has been our favourite candidate and is a huge win for Bechtle due to her extraordinary leadership skills," said Ebert. "In her previous career, she collaborated very successfully with the Bechtle Group's subsidiaries in France. This is the foundation we will build upon to bolster our growing presence on the French market and gain an even stronger foothold."
By introducing a new management level, Bechtle said it aims to enhance its competitive edge in France, its largest European market after Germany.
The company, present in France since 2000, now operates 17 locations with over 1,200 employees and generates more than €1bn in turnover.
