International AV and UC distributor Midwich Group has opened Innovation House, a “multi-million-pound” 50,000 sq ft experience, training and event facility in Bracknell, UK.
Distributors Midwich, PSCo, Holdan, Invision and Sound Technology are all using the facility to host vendor partners, resellers and end customers.
Innovation House (pictured) showcases over 200 audio-visual, unified communication and collaboration, broadcast, smart home and rental solutions from 50 manufacturers, and offers dedicated training, testing and demonstrations.
“After more than a year of remote working and social restrictions, the opening of this unique centre aims to safely reconnect the industry after what has been a turbulent year for many,” said Midwich.
Innovation House is home to 80 product and technical specialists from across the Midwich Group, providing guidance, knowledge and training support.
The centre will be hosting its first in-person event this week - Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th May as part of London Digital Signage Week. Midwich and PSCo channel partners are invited to attend for tech tours and networking.
The event is in association with partners Absen, BrightSign, HYPERVSN, Peerless-AV and Tripleplay.

Last month, Midwich Group acquired the Hamburg, Germany-based eLink AV distribution business for an undisclosed sum. eLink provides audio-visual communication and network solutions to trade customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is an established value-added distributor of vendors such as Zoom, Poly, Lifesize and DTEN.
