MSP Claranet has acquired France-based Pictime Group, Italy’s Flowing, AddOn AG, and AddOn Schweiz AG in Germany and Switzerland to boost its reach and capabilities across Europe.
Pictime Group brings €27m in annual revenues, 300 customers and 250-plus staff to Claranet; AddOn accelerates Claranet's entry into the cybersecurity and Microsoft services markets; and Claranet's acquisition of Flowing boosts its early expansion in Italy, increasing annual revenues from €6m to around €10m.

Alongside these acquisitions, the firm has launched new cybersecurity units in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands, to augment the existing units in the UK, France, Portugal, US, and India.
