N-able has added a new member to its leadership team, naming Kathleen Pai as its new chief people officer (CPO).
Pai, who brings a wealth of experience across all elements of human resources strategy and people development, will help to support, develop, and grow the global N-able workforce.
“Kathleen has exceptional knowledge and a deep understanding of international people strategy; the great strides she has made since transitioning from SolarWinds to N-able have been felt throughout the company,” said John Pagliuca, CEO, N-able.

Pai will be responsible for driving N-able’s global people strategy while also overseeing people operations, business partners, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent development, internal communications and engagement programmes to support the company’s growth.
Before joining SolarWinds last year, Pai served as vice president of people at Ultimate Software.
In 2018, she won the Human Resources Excellence Award from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine, recognising her as a “distinguished HR professional” for helping nurture talent and elevating firms to the top of their industries.
