Cloud telephony specialist NFON has appointed Jana Richter to VP of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a new role focused on advancing the company’s AI-driven business communication solutions.
Richter (pictured), previously VP of SAP Business AI Experiences at SAP SE, brings extensive experience in leading AI and cloud solution teams.
Andreas Wesselmann, CTO of NFON said: "Being able to draw on many years of experience and strong expertise in AI applications means Jana will be able to provide significant impetus for the transformation of our business and the realisation of internal AI use cases."
Her appointment comes shortly after the acquisition of botario GmbH, a company specialising in advanced business communication solutions.
